I made this cake, and it was delicious!! I love how big it is too! When I brought it out, everyone’s eyes lit up. I made it with strawberry icing and it was a big hit! Thank you so much!!

I have made this outstanding cake before but I am making it again this coming long weekend for my family get-together. If you ever want the best ever chocolate cake then you have to try this one! It was the biggest hit before and I am sure it will be the same again! Make sure to use the espresso powder!

Thank you so much for your amazing recipes! :) I am wondering for this recipe, if the nutrition information is for the whole recipe or just a serving? It seems like it would be a lot for one serving, but very little for the whole recipe. So I figured I would ask. :)

In reply to Debbie Bacot. Debbie, have you tried arrowroot starch/flour? It would have similar properties to tapioca (but comes from a different plant than tapioca/cassava), so it should make a good substitute.
